Maxicare Run 2017
July 9, 2017
9th St. cor 34th Ave. Bonifacio Global City

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of one of the leading health care providers in the country, Maxicare will staged Maxicare Run on July 9 at Bonifacio Global City as one of its highlighted events.  It is the company’s drive to strengthen their involvement in their partners’ lives not only in times of sickness but also in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  Running, of course, is one physical activity that everybody can participate in towards good health.

Proceeds of this race will go to Bahay Aruga – a free halfway home for pediatric cancer patients that is completely dependent on the generosity of donors and sponsors for all its expenses as it is not part of a larger community or institution.  Solely Ms. Mayette Bonilla founded it.  Her family and volunteers support her.  The property where the institution stands is their private property.
